Refund policy

30-day returns

We want you to love your TushyBuddy. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number as proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at tushybuddy@use.startmail.com. We'll reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If it's damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll fix it with a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to process it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
